If, for any reason, you're not fully satisfied with our work, our refund policy ensures we address any concerns in a fair and timely manner. Satisfaction Guarantee Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with the landscaping services provided, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will either re-perform the service to your satisfaction or offer a partial refund, depending on the nature of the issue. Refund Requests Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the service completion. We ask that you provide specific details regarding any dissatisfaction so we can understand and resolve the issue promptly. Full Refund Conditions A full refund will be issued if the service was not completed as agreed upon, or if we failed to meet the expectations set during the consultation. If this happens, a refund will be processed within 7 business days. Partial Refunds If there were minor issues with the service, such as incomplete tasks or unsatisfactory details, a partial refund may be offered, or we will schedule a rework to complete the job to your satisfaction. Cancellation Refund If you decide to cancel your landscaping service, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the service date will incur a 20% cancellation fee, and no refund will be issued once the service has been performed. Refund Process Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be returned to that card.
